Business
The Company provides both Security Guarding, Gurkha Guarding and General Investigation Services. The Investigation Division is closely linked with international organizations such as, World Investigator's Network, World Association of Detectives, Council of International Investigators, International Professional Sercurity Association, Asian Professional Security Association, The Association of British Investigators, and Institute of Professional Investigators.

Being a founding member of the Security Association in Hong Kong, Mr Li's devotion and contribution to the Association resulted in his election at the Annual General Meetings as Vice-Chairman for ten continuous terms.
Organization
From June 1972 to June 1996, the Company operated under the Watchmen Supplier Permit issued by the Commissioner of Police (CP Licence U-1409). Since then, it operates under a Security Company Licence (Licence number 0123) issued by the Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority by virtue of the Security and Guarding Serives Ordinance Cap. 460 Laws of Hong Kong.

With the strong police background of the Chairman, the cadres of key personnel of the Company are either ex-Police Officers, both Regular and Auxiliary, with augmentation of former staff of other disciplinary forces in Hong Kong. Having such administrative structure, security performance and investigation works can be carried out efficiently and satisfactorily. It is noteworthy that Mr. Li is a Fellow of the British Institute of Management and a Member of the Hong Kong Management Association.
